Oi! It's been forever since I've done a cosplay. 2 1/2 years to be exact. After my recently growing obsession with Assassin's Creed, I decided I really want to do a female assassin cosplay, take Ezio's and change it up a little bit and make it more feminine!

I'm taking a trip to Canada next month which brought up the discussion of going to a convention while I'm visiting. There does happen to be one in Toronto during my stay so we'll be going to that. However, with less than 3 weeks, that's not nearly enough time to make the entire assassin's costume (vambraces and all!) so I settled on the courtesans from the second game seeing as that's what I'm currently playing - I'm way behind I know, my parents only had the AC games on the Xbox 360 and I really dislike playing the 360 and I got a PlayStation 3 for Christmas year before last, so I finally got the AC games for that, and I play to 100% completion which as anyone that's played the games knows, it takes f.o.r.e.v.e.r.

So yes, a courtesan! My friend will be cosplaying as one as well even though she's never played the game, she loves the dresses. I have my corset ordered and on it's way and all that'll be left to do is make the skirt to match! We'll be making my friend's from scratch since she's on a tight budget. So that's what I'm up to Hopefully everything goes as planned, especially since this will be the first time I'm making the outfit by myself, my mom always did it for me up until now haha.
